Can you open a safe if the combination is lost?
In most cases, yes. We will need proof that you own the safe or are authorised to act for its owner.
What is the difference between a time lock and a time delay lock?
A time lock stops a safe or vault opening outside set hours, even with the right combination. A time delay lock makes the user wait a set time after entering the combination before the lock opens.
Can you change our combination?
Yes. We supervise combination changes on safes, vaults, fireproof cabinets and night safes, so the new combination is set correctly and known only to the right people.
